Delivery

For your protection, Grown Radiance declares, registers and insures all items for their full value and require that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only - we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please note that an adult (21 years of age) is required to sign for the delivery of orders.

We take your shopping satisfaction very seriously, which includes working to create a smooth and timely delivery and will do everything we can to make sure your jewelry arrives as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility for any customs or third party shipping service delays as well as any unpredictable, unpreventable events, including, but not limited to natural disasters, that are outside of our control.

When you provide your contact information during the ordering process, we collect and process this information to provide order tracking updates and notifications related to your purchases from Grown Radiance. These notifications may include order confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery notifications. Your contact information may be shared with third-party shipping carriers to facilitate the delivery process. International Orders

For our valued customers outside of the United States, we want to make sure your shopping experience is as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, especially when it comes to international orders. We understand that navigating customs regulations and import fees can be daunting, so we're here to help.

Please keep in mind that when ordering from outside the United States, you may encounter upon receipt of your order additional charges such as local fees, customs duties, import taxes, and/or other levies imposed by your country's customs authorities, and are your responsibility to settle. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We want to ensure you have a smooth experience, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance before placing your order. In the case of an international return, the customer is responsible to arrange regulatory paperwork and where a refund is issued, international shipping costs are not refundable.
