We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your jewelry to request a return.



To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and alongside the original paperwork and certifications that came in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us using the online form here or by emailing us at support@grownradiance.shop and we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

There are no handling or restocking fees.

Your order is eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once a return has been requested, the customer is expected to send back their return order in a timely manner. For the safety of your return items, insurance and shipment tracking is recommended but not required.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If a return item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value, including missing or damaged paperwork or gemological certification. Upon approval, you will be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. International and domestic shipping costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded. Any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future purchases using the same reference code. Grown Radiance is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure a fast exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Transaction Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, upon approval, the customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for a bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If under extenuating circumstances the original payment method cannot be credited or refunded, the customer will be compensated in a fitting manner and as a last resort, credit will be issued.
